Out of Medium Shipping Policy

 

We do everything in our power to have the minimum shipping costs available. Which is not easy at all as we are currently based in Greece.

 

For Greek orders:

Αποστέλουμε το συντομότερο δυνατόν χρησιμοποιώντας την υπηρεσία BOX NOW , χρησιμοποιώντας τα lockers της που βρίσκονται αυτή τη στιγμή σε περισσότερα από 1.200 σημεία σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Παραγγελίες άνω των 60 ευρώ, έχουν δωρεάν μεταφορικά!

Εναλλακτικά, προσφέρουμε αποστολές με Speedex Courier, στην τιμή των 4 ευρώ. Παραγγελίες άνω των 60 ευρώ, έχουν δωρεάν μεταφορικά.

Στην περίπτωση που καμία από τις 2 παραπάνω επιλογές δεν είναι βολική για εσάς, μπορείτε να επιλέξετε την DHL Express.

 

For International orders:

We ship with DHL Express exclusively (Economy or Priority) and our rates are automatically calculated with the DHL App that's connected to our store. If, however, you notice something weird, please do send us an email at hello@outofmedium.com .


CUSTOMS:
We are not responsible for any import/export/customs charges that might occur. We currently ship in from 2 locations within the EU (Athens and Dortmund), therefore there will be NO import duties if you order from within the EU.
